Being one of the few female doctors in the ENT (ear, nose & throat) field, I am able to use my intuition as well as my professional expertise to focus on your condition as well as convey compassionate understanding of what you are living with each day.
Taking the time to understand each patient’s unique conditions combined with my attention to detail provides patients with a much-deserved sense of relief. When a patient is at ease, a strong sense of trust results and they are reassured knowing that I will choose the best care and treatment for them.
Over the years, many patients have selected me as their ‘primary care doctor’ and I value the trust that has developed for them to do so.
Over many years of practice, I have seen excellent results for patients who include alternative health options in their overall care. I welcome the opportunity to co-operate with their other health care providers.
I especially enjoy working with children and I am actively involved in Girls, Inc. and The Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Picerno completed her surgery residency and internship at the Medical College of Georgia, Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Picerno completed her fellowship for the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Beeson Aesthetic Surgery Institute, Carmel, IN.

Dr. Picerno is married and the new mother of a handsome baby boy, Luke. She enjoys the active Colorado lifestyle – hiking, tennis, aerobics, skiing, traveling and has a special appreciation of the fine arts and music. She also has a great love for animals. She and her husband own a local doggie daycare and have 3 dogs of their own.
